Cy Sinclair manages a Data Center Operations team in Bloomberg’s Engineering Department, where he is responsible for managing the computing life cycle, overseeing data center planning, problem management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. He is an active member of the Bloomberg Abilities and Latinx Communities (ERGs). He's a member of the Bloomberg Black in Technology (BBIT) advisory board and leads the Princeton Chapter of the company's Black Professional Community. Cy also mentors members of the BASTA and ACP programs and works with our D&I teams to source and recruit talent from underrepresented communities in order to build a diverse workforce.
