Shahar Belkin, Chief Evangelist, ZutaCore

Shahar has over 30 years of experience in initiating, establishing, and leading technology companies, as well as developing advanced solutions, algorithms, and products. Shahar is a co-founder of OzVision, FST Biometrics, and the SOUTHUP incubator in the Gaza Envelope region. Since 2018, he has served as vice president at ZutaCore, where he led the establishment of its R&D and product departments. Today, he leads the development of new strategic domains for the company. Shahar holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering.
