Shannon Wahl, Sales Director of Data Center Market, Go!Foton
As the Director of Sales responsible for the Data Center franchise at Go!Foton, Shannon brings 25+ years’ experience in Technical Sales and Systems Engineering at Fortune 500 corporations. Before leading Data Center sales strategy and GTM solutions at Go!Foton, Shannon spent 14+ years at Cisco Systems, most recently as a System Engineering Leader for Service Provider customers. While at Cisco, Shannon performed multiple technical roles covering Data Center, Core, Backbone, Edge, and Enterprise networking in roles that included Systems Architect, Custom Application Engineer, Customer Support Engineer, and Network Consulting Engineer. Before Cisco, Shannon owned a small networking company in the upper Midwest providing a variety of technical solutions and services for small/medium businesses and Tier 2/3 Telcos. Shannon has held multiple Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications and holds a B.S. degree in Management – Information Systems from University of Mary.
