Kazim Tehir-Kheli, Chief Operating Officer, Viking Data Centers
Kazim Tahir-Kheli is the Chief Operating Officer at Viking Data Centers, where he is responsible for overseeing the buildout and operations of the company’s flagship Akron Ohio data center, as well as developing corporate capabilities and infrastructure to better position company for future growth as the company transitions from crypto to AI workloads.
Kazim is a seasoned executive with expertise in value creation, strategy, and operational transformation. His former roles include Managing Director, Portfolio Value Creation at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) overseeing initiatives across CPPIB’s infrastructure, energy, and private equity portfolios. Kazim’s earlier career includes senior executive roles at WPP Russia and consulting leadership at BCG and OC&C Strategy Consultants. He started his career at the consulting firms A.T. Kearney and Mitchell Madison Group.
Kazim holds a Bachelor’s degree (A.B.) with honors from Harvard College.
