Stephanie SchmidtVice President Strategy & Marketing Communications Enterprise, and Cloud (CEC)Flex Ltd

Stephanie Schmidt is Vice President of Strategy for Data Center and Cloud, Enterprise, and Communications at Flex, where she leads growth initiatives and M&A. Previously, she spent 18 years at Intel Corporation, contributing across business, manufacturing, and product development in diverse leadership roles. She served as General Manager for Data Center and AI Platform Strategy, overseeing Xeon and AI accelerator planning. As Senior Director for Product Sustainability, she defined the data center sustainability roadmap, technologies, and business insights. She was also Chief of Staff for the Data Center Group Strategy Office. Her earlier roles included leading strategy, messaging, and customer engagements for rack-scale design, and serving as Intel's liaison to the Open Compute Project (OCP) and the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Board of Directors. As Strategy Director for the Data Center Group, she led business planning and program management. In Data Center Finance, she acted as CFO for High-Performance Computing, managing the Xeon Phi and Omni-Path P&Ls. Stephanie began her career in semiconductor technology and manufacturing, advancing from process engineer to department manager. She led a team of over 300 and played a key role in transferring 45nm and 32nm process technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing. She holds bachelor's, master's, and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Washington State University.
