Nina Sadighi, Founder, Eradeh Power Consulting
Nina Sadighi is a nationally recognized leader in power systems engineering and mission-critical infrastructure strategy, with over two decades of experience designing and delivering high-reliability electrical solutions for some of the world's most advanced industrial and digital facilities. A licensed Professional Engineer and Senior Member of the IEEE, she has built a career at the intersection of engineering innovation, grid resilience, and next-generation energy systems.
Prior to founding Eradeh Power Consulting, Sadighi held senior technical and leadership roles at Tesla, where she helped build the electrical backbone for the Gigafactory Austin, and at Amazon, where she led power reliability, behind the meter power generation, and maintenance initiatives across a vast North American datacenter and fulfillment portfolio. These experiences shaped her expertise in power system architecture, protection and controls, microgrid integration, and grid-interactive generation capabilities she now brings to clients ranging from utilities and developers to Fortune 100 technology companies.
Nina leads multidisciplinary teams focused on solving complex challenges in critical power delivery, from DER-integrated generation, high-availability microgrids, and AI-driven load optimization to advanced controls for nuclear-enabled and fusion-ready infrastructure. She is also a founding member of the Texas Nuclear Alliance, a contributor to IEEE standards development, and a frequent speaker and thought leader on the evolving relationship between data centers, grid infrastructure, and distributed energy resources.
