Rachel Rosenfeld, Senior Counsel, Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP
Rachel Rosenfeld is a senior lawyer in the Washington, DC office of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP with over a decade of experience representing agencies, commercial bank lenders, project developers, and other stakeholders in both international and domestic project financings and equity transactions, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure. Rachel is increasingly focused on the intersection of energy and technology, advising on transactions involving data centers, digital infrastructure, and emerging nuclear technologies such as SMRs. Her work bridges traditional energy finance with the evolving demands of AI-driven infrastructure and climate-aligned investment. She also co-heads the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia chapter of WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy).
