Gregory Rapisarda, Partner, Saul Ewing
Greg leads the firm’s Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure practice and primarily counsels clients about real estate projects and litigation options. Greg is a top land use and zoning attorney with experience throughout Maryland, Virginia, and beyond. Greg’s clients are data center companies, real estate developers, wireless carriers, tower companies, public utilities, and others – who need help navigating the local, state, and federal regulations and procedures standing between their concept plan and their approved and permitted project. Greg is trusted for strategic advice and creative problem solving throughout all stages of real estate and infrastructure development projects.
Greg is admitted to practice in Maryland and Virginia, has litigated in state and federal courts, and successfully handled land use and zoning applications in 70+ jurisdictions. Greg sits on the Board of Directors of the Maryland DC Wireless Association (MDDCWA) and on the legal and regulatory committees of the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA). Greg is on the Board of Trustees of the Living Classrooms Foundation and the Board of Directors of DevelopMore Foundation, two local non-profits that provide alternative education and workforce development services to underserved young men from Baltimore.
