Marc Paolicelli, Chief Customer Officer/SVP, RK Industries, LLC
Marc Paolicelli is the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of RK, where he brings decades of experience in business development, strategic growth, and customer success. Beginning his career in the construction industry at just 18 years old, Marc has played a key role in driving RK’s expansion across the Mountain West, helping the company grow into a regional leader known for its expertise in data centers, industrialized construction solutions, modularized manufacturing and construction.
In his executive role, Marc provides strategic oversight for RK’s Enterprise Partner Program, corporate Business Development, and the Marketing and Communications team. He is a trusted voice in the industry, often invited to speak on panels and at conferences, where he shares insights on market trends, innovation, and industry leadership.
Marc is also an engaged community leader, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), where he advocates for cancer research and patient support programs.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys traveling, playing golf, and strumming his guitar. He values time with his wife, their three children, and their dog, Ben. Marc lives by a simple philosophy: love what you do, and pursue it with relentless determination.
