Irina Marinescu, Partner, DLx Law PLLC
Irina Marinescu is a partner at DLx Law PLLC, a boutique practice at the convergence of AI, digital assets, and infrastructure law, where she advises on data center and HPC development, related capital and power considerations, digital asset regulation, and the governance frameworks emerging at the intersection of all three. She brings more than two decades of transactional experience across AmLaw 100 firms including Paul Hastings, Katten, and Haynes Boone, and operating roles as General Counsel at Gitcoin and co-founder of buidlbox, a developer platform acquired by HackQuest. She previously taught at Cornell Tech, is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois, and is affiliated with the Advanced AI Society.
