Tiffany Kovaleski is the Founder and CEO of The GOR Group, a mission critical workforce development firm serving the data center ecosystem. Backed by a military connected team with more than 100 years of combined service, GOR builds resilient talent pipelines through hands on training, embedded trainers, direct hire recruiting, scalable learning systems, and deep partnerships between the public and private sectors. The firm expands access for both new and experienced talent, with a focus on increasing women and veterans, while supporting teams across the full lifecycle from site selection and construction through commissioning and operations. A recognized voice in growing the mission critical workforce, Tiffany serves as President of the AFCOM Minnesota Board and supports the iMason Armed Forces and iM Women communities, convening owners, operators, utilities, developers, and partners to advance Minnesota and global data center initiatives. She is also a Minnesota mom and wife committed to building strong communities and a more sustainable future for the next generation.
