Paul Heisel is vice president, chief underwriter – FM Intellium. Heisel is responsible for developing and overseeing the global underwriting strategy for FM Intellium. Heisel has more than 36 years of experience with FM, spanning underwriting, client service, information technologies and specialty industries. Heisel has a BSc in chemical and petroleum refining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
