Michael Geuss is a highly accomplished Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Engineer with two decades of expertise in critical infrastructure and data center operations. He has a proven track record of leadership at QTS Datacenters and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he consistently ensured 100% uptime and operational excellence. Michael excels at managing complex projects and optimizing vital systems, including HVAC, electrical, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS. A skilled team builder, he fosters cross-functional collaboration with executives, vendors, and technicians to plan projects, control costs, and drive innovation. He has been instrumental in developing new SCADA standards, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining sophisticated control systems across multiple sites.
