Austin DomeniciGM/VP of Global Data Center SolutionsJohnson Controls

Austin Domenici is Vice President and General Manager of Global Data Center Solutions at Johnson Controls, where he leads day-to-day operations, growth strategy, global capability building, technology integration, and key portfolio transactions for JCI's data center business, including the continued development of the Silent-Aire brand. Prior to this role, Austin led Johnson Controls' Global Products Finance and Transformation functions, serving as CFO of the separately reportable Global Products segment; a ~$10B portfolio spanning 11 business units, 85 manufacturing plants, and 30,000 employees worldwide. He also served as CFO of the HVAC/R group, which includes Applied Equipment, Industrial Refrigeration, Air Distribution, and Data Center Solutions, totaling ~$5.5B in annual product revenue. During this time, he led a broad-based transformation of the segment, driving significant gross margin and profit margin expansion through initiatives spanning new product introduction, commercial excellence, operations, and functional optimization. Before joining Johnson Controls in 2023, Austin served as Chief Financial Officer of the Diabetes business at Medtronic, where he led finance, transformation, and integrated business planning for a $2.4B business with a team of over 300 professionals. Prior to Medtronic, he held roles of increasing complexity and scale across operations, finance, and general management. Austin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
