Chris Curtis, Global Head of Data Centers, Prologis
Chris Curtis is a successful developer of complex build-to-suit projects. Chris has over 12 years of experience in developing greenfield build-to-suit projects for federal government tenants. As President of Curtis Investments LLC, Chris completed 25 projects in 22 markets for the FBI, DEA, Homeland Security, US Attorney's Office, SSA and VA. Prior to founding Curtis Investments, Chris was a tax attorney at Haynes and Boone LLP, responsible for business formations, tax strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Curtis received a B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, a J.D., cum laude, from the SMU School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
