TJ Ciccone, Chief Technology Officer, Menlo Digital
TJ Ciccone serves as Chief Technology Officer for Menlo Digital where he manages technical design and infrastructure development for new data center projects and oversees critical facility operations for the entire portfolio.
TJ has over 15 years of experience in data center operations and facilities management, previously working at STACK Infrastructure, CoreSite, Amazon Web Services, and Digital Realty. Before joining Menlo, TJ was most recently a Senior Vice President at STACK overseeing operations across multiple major North American markets. His work spanned site development, capacity delivery, investor engagement, and large-scale workforce and education initiatives. In addition to his executive leadership, TJ is deeply involved in industry education. He teaches Introduction to Data Center Operations, a course he created in 2019, as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College and serves as Vice President and Education Chair for the Potomac Chapter of AFCOM, leading the region's flagship internship program. TJ holds a BBA in Organizational Dynamics and Business Management from Immaculata University.
