Cisha leads EdgeCore’s power strategy and engagement with utilities nationally, for both existing
EdgeCore campus locations and prospective new campuses and markets, with the combined perspective
of supporting the growing needs of customers while deeply understanding the challenges utilities face in
meeting increasing demand.

Cisha brings 17 years of power and energy experience delivering medium and high-voltage electric
infrastructure in multi-stakeholder environments, balancing technical designs and engineering with
budget and schedule certainty and the needs of local community constituents. She has worked on
projects totaling over three gigawatts and valued at over $1B. Prior to joining EdgeCore, Cisha owned
Amazon Web Services’ commercial and government portfolio in Northern Virginia as a Senior Energy
Strategy Manager. There, Cisha gained experience in commercial negotiation, risk mitigation, and
developing and delivering complex power infrastructure projects. Prior to AWS, Cisha uniquely worked
on both transmission and distribution projects across Southern Company’s energy portfolio, gaining
critical insight as to the opportunities and challenges utilities face today.

Cisha holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and M.E. in
Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
