In this presentation, Ken Moreano, Co-Founder, President & CEO of Scott Data, will discuss the development of a 110,000-square-foot data center, designed to support over 3,000 NVIDIA H-100 GPUs. He'll explore the transformation from a Department of Defense SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) to an Uptime Institute Tier III certified data center, detailing the integration of technology services that enable GPU as a Service (GaaS) and HPC colocation at scale. Ken will share insights from the journey from DCW 2023 in Austin, Texas, to DCW 2024 in Washington D.C., focusing on customer discovery, partnerships, and technology decisions. This session aims to provide an understanding of the complexities involved in setting up AI infrastructure.
Uri Soroka, Co-Founder and COO of Apolo, will join Ken to discuss how Apolo's platform was implemented in a distributed architecture, offering a multi-tenant, white-label solution that can transform any data center into an AI-ready facility, supporting both dedicated instances and self-service cloud options.
This session is for anyone looking to understand the future of data center infrastructure and its role in supporting enterprise AI, offering practical insights into deploying and managing AI capabilities. Join us for a straightforward discussion on the next steps in data center evolution.
