Session Type: Data Center BUILD Summit

Vault Recording: TBD

Speed-to-market solutions drive the future of our workforce landscape. Innovation in this realm will require specific boots-on-the-ground expertise with a “bottom-up” vantage point on existing system operations. The data center industry of the future will be one that champions increased collaboration across the eco-system in novel ways that produce a better operating system. We need to view the industry as a system, working towards a similar goal and ask ourselves how we can help each other be more efficient in the ways we work and the functions we support by finding the best way to reach a common goal regardless of how things have been done in the past. What assumptions can we rethink about the traditional ways we work in our swim lanes and where it makes sense to lift the rope versus reroute the lane. How can we grow existing partnerships in new ways that bolster existing operations to increase output? How can we use a different perspective to help shape and guide the way we move as an eco-system?

This session will do a deep dive into relationships and networks and how to look at existing systems to find efficiencies through integrated workflow planning. Efficiency doesn’t have to come at the expense of either cost or quality, we can do more with less by optimizing existing tools, services, and functions.
