Luke is responsible for the planning and execution of all data center projects at PowerHouse Data Centers, with more than 15 years of mission-critical experience leading multi-million-dollar data center design and construction. Before PowerHouse Data Centers (and their parent company American Real Estate Partners), Luke was Regional Director at Direct Line Global, where he oversaw project management and operations for several of the world's largest hyperscale data center sites across the East Coast. Prior to Direct Line Global, he was Director of Construction at Markley Group, where he managed all aspects of design and construction for New England's largest colocation, mission-critical telecommunications and data center facility.
