Bryan Darby is VP, Strategic Technology Initiatives at QTS Data Centers with over 20 years of data center experience steering very context-dependent company-wide strategic initiatives at owned, leased, and outsourced Data Centers for startups, SMBs, and large enterprise organizations.
Bryan has a passion for early career development and works closely with Maricopa County Community Colleges to develop a Data Center internship and technician certificate program to meet industry demands.
Additionally, Bryan chairs the IMason Phoenix Chapter Education Committee supporting and codifying the various data centers programs, and initiatives in the Phoenix market to create a unified workforce development pipeline program.
Bryan holds a BS degree from Rutgers University and resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and two kids
