Rhea Williams, Chief Commerical Officer, E3 Platforms
Rhea came to the digital infrastructure world from real estate and finance where she was the VP of Sales for Metis Financial. Rhea was then a Global Sales Director for Digital Realty managing Fortune 100 clients that she sold into their global portfolio. She then moved to Raging Wire and managed the West Coast sales team during their merger with NTT. Later, Rhea joined Compass Data Centers as VP of Sales, where she focused on hyperscale and single tenant buildings. After Compass, Rhea moved to Oracle where she was responsible for the global renewal program and the contractual decommissioning of their Gen 1 facilities. She was also responsible for the site selection of EMEA public region growth. She is currently Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of E3 Platforms. E3 Platforms embodies the ethos of bringing energy infrastructure to bear on digital infrastructure projects with sensitivity to the needs of our planet Earth – all while focusing on community partnerships that provide significant economic development opportunities beyond development and operation of our next generation infrastructure assets. In addition to her role as CCO, she is West Coast regional chair of iMWomen, supporting women in the digital infrastructure space in career advancement and networking. She is a strong DEI advocate, mentor, and award winner.
