Gemma Reeves is an experienced Mechanical Engineer based in London, she has over 20 years of experience at Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer technology. Currently, she holds the position of Business Development Manager for the Data Centre market.

Throughout her tenure at Alfa Laval, Gemma has worked with a diverse range of technologies and has amassed a wealth of experience in energy-based applications. In her current role, she supports a wide array of data centre companies, including consultancies and owner-operators within the data centre ecosystem, in developing efficient cooling and heat reuse solutions. Her extensive experience with various technologies enables her to identify the optimal and most sustainable approaches for any data centre scheme, emphasizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

Gemma is also an active member of organizations such as the Open Compute Project (OCP) and the Net Zero Innovation Hub. She is passionate about the ongoing innovation journey within the data centre industry and is dedicated to helping companies achieve their goals through creative and innovative energy solutions
