Anna Pavlova serves as senior Vice President for Strategy, Market Development and Sustainability at CarbonQuest – a distributed carbon capture company. In her role Anna builds new markets for the company, leads the CO2 value chain scope, and engages with partners and clients.

Prior to her venture into the start-up world, Anna held executive positions at global companies leading the decarbonization, sustainability and policy work at Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls. Anna had also served as a senior advisor at a boutique climate consulting firm Co2Efficient with focus on innovation in climate space.

Anna has multiple recognitions including Globe Street’s Woman of Influence 2023 and CRE Tech Influencer, and corporate awards.

Anna received her Bachelor's from Georgetown University and enjoyed a brief interlude from business with a Master’s in art history.
