Shrinivas "Sanju" Kotbagi is a veteran of the transformer industry with over 20 years at MGM Transformers, one of the largest privately held transformer manufacturers in the United States. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product and Engineering, Sanju oversees the company’s design, innovation, and technical execution across a wide portfolio of dry-type and liquid-filled transformers.

Throughout his two-decade tenure at MGM, Sanju has been instrumental in driving engineering excellence and developing custom transformer solutions for critical sectors, including data centers, energy storage, renewable integration, utilities, and large-scale OEMs. His deep technical knowledge and leadership have helped position MGM as a go-to partner for highly engineered, made-in-America transformer solutions.
