ElMarie is a seasoned industry leader with extensive experience in supply chain orchestration, contract logistics, 3PL, and 4PL. She has held key leadership roles at DB Schenker, Blue Yonder (as a 3PL Strategist), and Johnson Controls (as Global Director of Supply Chain Excellence), where she played a pivotal role in establishing global supply chain practices and metrics. She also held various leadership positions at DSV/UTi Integrated Logistics and Barloworld Logistics.

Her expertise spans multiple regions and industries, including Hi-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Retail. She has worked closely with manufacturers to develop go-to-market strategies and has advised both public and private sectors on securing market access. With a strong focus on solving logistics challenges in the semiconductor, Hi-Tech, and hyperscaler segments, she is particularly interested in Control Tower solutions and their impact on supply chain orchestration.
