Since 1987, Tad worked in the data center industry providing guidance to data center professionals and executive teams. He advises clients nationally on Business Centric strategy issues such as consolidation, colocation selection, build vs. buy, cost modeling and Facility Centric strategy issues such as risk assessment, new data center programming, owner’s representation, and capacity management. Tad is a board member of AFCOM’s Data Center Institute and a board member of the St. Louis Gateway AFCOM Chapter. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Tad is founder and President of Fodere, a data center consulting firm. Fodere is a Latin word meaning “to dig”.
