Karen is an accomplished leader with an exceptional ability to establish and nurture client relationships through strategic business development and effective day-to-day communication. As a licensed architect, Karen brings a wealth of experience in leading complex architecture activities, and managing construction projects from inception to completion with a clear and visionary approach both on the client and consultant side. In her role managing mission critical and advanced manufacturing projects, Karen excels in delivering technology-intensive solutions that protect and secure vital infrastructure, consistently maximizing value for clients. Karen's extensive background directing architecture design processes, construction program management, and monitoring project milestones has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous projects. Passionate about community involvement, Karen has served as a Board Member for the Global x-Site Board for Women at Intel (WIN) for two years, and is a founding Board Member of Intel's Employee Resource Group, People for Inclusion and Equity (PIE), which focuses on anti-racism discussions.
