Tim Chadwick is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. As the Chief Operating Officer of AlfaTech, Tim brings a wealth of expertise in engineering consulting, project management, and construction administration. His extensive experience spans a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on mission-critical facilities, including data centers. Tim was instrumental in shaping AlfaTech's growing international mission-critical practice. His leadership and technical expertise have driven the successful delivery of numerous data center projects for clients both locally and globally. Tim is recognized as an expert in this sector, frequently sharing his knowledge at industry conferences and events. Tim is actively involved in industry organizations, serving as a Voting Member of ASHRAE's Energy Standard for Data Centers and Telecommunications Buildings (T-STDS-SPC 90.4), and holds the distinction of a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
