Most of life is improvised moment by moment. As soon as a snag comes into our well-intentioned plans, many of us tend to panic or over-correct or become unstable. Learning to handle these moment-to-moment adjustments is one of the keys to becoming a leader worth following. We all want to collaborate with others and find ways to be better together. This starts with learning the power of saying “Yes, and” instead of “No, but.”

Participants will learn:

  • To define collaboration and pinpoint the difference in good and bad collaboration.

  • How to build team unity in high pressure situations.
