Last year at DCW 2021, Jane shared one of the most important building blocks of the data center's professional growth - to establish mentorship around its ecosystems. Unfortunately, we are observing gaps of new generations' talents. So in an effort to bridge these gaps, we need to develop and grow their talent – essentially creating an industry-wide "mentoring culture". This is critical to the longevity and health of our industry.

This session is designed to take on bigger view of a corporate mentorship and mentee program. A mentoring culture is where an organization has embraced the "gift of mentoring" as a part of the way it operates.
