Attendees of this session will gain a clear understanding of the importance relative to keeping facility documentation safe, updated and at their fingertips at all times. The alternative is weeks of re-creating documentation or conducting expensive surveys to determine the profile of facilities and equipment. These items are crucial to the upkeep of your facilities - don’t let them get tossed out with the leftover confetti. These manuals and drawings are a set of living documents that must be at your fingertips to ensure proper facility maintenance. They constitute a library of information that categorizes many facility items that allow operators to understand key building elements. At the end of a project, there are four key areas that are involved in the closeout documentation. These constitute the operational manuals that need to be constantly updated as the facility ages.
