When "sustainability" is mentioned, we focus on climate concerns, scarcity of key resources like power, water, and renewable energy. But I would recommend we need to broaden our mindset to include "finding talents." Finding people and grooming talents need to be a critical, if not the most critical, aspect of your business.
We as an industry already is facing staffing challenges and will continue to grapple with long-running inequities in opportunities for women and looking for more diverse background talents to join us.
We as an industry need to be better at marketing the sector, promoting opportunities.
