One of the largest challenges facing the data center industry is the ability to find and retain trained, qualified team members. This panel discussion will explore factors driving this talent war and winning strategies for how to proactively combat it.

The panel discussion, moderated by BCS Chief People Officer LaTonya McElroy, will feature leaders from colocation companies and data center service providers; representatives from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), including the Texas State Council's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Leadership Development leaders; as well representative Data Center engineers and/or technicians.
