Cash incentives for new controls for numerous CRAC units, working together to act as one and shutdown units not needed during certain times, Valves and actuators we changed for efficiency in one location. In another location valves were changed from 3 valves to 2 valves to vary the chilled water flow to the chiller plant to save energy pumping. Pepco's utility incentive covered ~32.7% of the project costs Maryland Energy Administration incentive covered an additional ~13.3% total incentive totaling $690,000 ICF will detail the potential insights into utility offerings, types of projects that can be applied for, and how to learn what your utility offers
