Healthcare is currently undergoing a phase of consolidation and and expansion. There are fewer players in the market, all having now many physical locations. As data center and infrastructure personnel, how do we deal with constant state of change? How do we ensure that we continuous operations of all our IT spaces in this most critical of use cases?

The goal of this session is to educate the audience on my take on this enormous challenge. I will cover what I have done at the beginning of this journey, as well as some of the early lessons learned.
