This session will cover the recent legislation enacted by the European Commission — namely the EU Taxonomy, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the impending Energy Efficiency Directive —as they pertain to data centers and also cover impending US federal and state legislation.

The session will also cover other data center sustainability projects, such as the iMasons "Climate Accord and Sustainability Framework,”as well as the EU Horizon 2020 funded “Catalyst Green Data Centre Roadmap.”
