It will help them to highlight their worth by identifying and showcasing transferable life skills, while empowering them to leverage skills they excel in to plan for future achievements.
This talk aims to empower team leaders, managers, and hiring managers within the data center, to guide potential candidates, as well as contributors reporting to them, to overcome imposter syndrome; by guiding them to uncover skills they are already confident in, alongside concrete examples that back these skills up. Also to help foster talent retention by ensuring contributors have the best chance of career success, leaders will also guide contributors to recognize any areas or skill sets where they feel less confident, and will be on hand to help create a tangible plan of action in order to gain confidence in these skills and to further their career.
