When "sustainability" is mentioned, we focus on climate concerns, such as scarcity of key resources like power, water, and renewable energy. But I would recommend we need to broaden our mindset to include "finding talents." Finding people and grooming talents need to be a critical, if not the most critical, aspect of your business.

We as an industry are already facing staffing challenges and will continue to grapple with long-running inequities in opportunities for women and looking for more diverse background talents to join us.

In this session, our all-female panel will be sharing our experiences on how to find opportunities in this industry, where you can look, and tips on how to prepare to join this fast and fun industry!

Takeaway

  • New knowledge of what the data center industry does and why we need more talents
  • Understand what opportunities are available
  • Skillset matching
