The information technology community continues to migrate and deploy "higher power kW" compute racks. Some high performance compute (HPC) racks have ranges from 30kW to 90kW. This presentation will focus on challenges and solutions in deploying these 'racks" in data centers.

Takeaway

1) The HPC solution should be modular, scalable, reliable, flexible, and energy efficiency.
2) The role of computation fluid dynamic models are critical is understanding and addressing the optimal thermodynamic solutions.
3) Some configurations of HPC require varying levels of reliability that impact the total cost of ownership.
