A two-day conversation about job site intolerance. On Day 1, Ben Kaplan will lead a conversation about what it means and what it takes to assure our jobsites are respectful and inclusive for everyone. Topics will include why this is important, what it takes to maintain zero tolerance for racism, sexism and intolerance and expanding the definition of a safe jobsite to include emotional safety.

On Day 2, Ben and peers will provide examples of HOW we drive change & encourage respectful and inclusive behavior onsite. They will engage with the audience to identify successful experiences and address challenges people have faced.
