A two-day conversation about job site intolerance. On Day 1, Ben Kaplan will lead a conversation about what it means and what it takes to assure our job sites are respectful and inclusive for everyone. Topics will include why this is important, what it takes to maintain zero tolerance for racism, sexism and intolerance, and expanding the definition of a safe job site to include emotional safety.

On Day 2, Ben and peers will provide examples of how we can drive change and encourage respectful and inclusive behavior on-site. They will engage with the audience to identify successful experiences and address challenges people have faced.
