IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) is the new way large enterprises are monitoring there IT environments. ITOA is based around gathering large sets of data using multiple vectors, processing it with an AI / ML engine, and outputting actionable intelligence. This is much different than the traditional monitoring methods, which were more based on having "eyes on glass" constantly, alerts based on static rules, and siloed tool sets. As more devices are coming into our environment, and more "noise" being generated by these devices, the old methods are become more and more unsustainable. Through the use of the ITOA framework, organizations can become more proactive in their monitorin g,have greater visibility across their environments (on prem and cloud), and taking it all the way to busin es service monitoring. s The presentation will also contain information on the current ITOA journey being taken at Banner Health.
