When PayPal decided to implement ServiceNow as a company wide solution the data center team had a choice to make, adopt ServiceNow or ignore the change. After a brief study, the data center team decided to endorse ServiceNow and use it as its platform for a new data center management solution. Over time key processes have been implemented for configuration management, procurement, asset management and tracking, capacity planning of space, power and network infrastructure. Using a singe platform reduced overall operating cost and increased user efficiency. During the presentation you will also see a demo of some of the core functionality implemented.
